Client Case Manager

Visiting Angels of Auburn is hiring a Client Case Manager! This is a full-time position that will work in our Auburn Office. On-call assignments will be needed as well which offers an incentive pay. This position assists with marketing and attaining new clients, conducting Care Coordination meetings, managing client cases and maintaining strong relationships with them, working with our Caregivers to properly staff cases, performing field evaluations, and other assigned tasks.
