OVERVIEW: The Director – Corporate Counsel, Global Litigation is a mid‑level, business‑focused attorney role supporting a global litigation center of excellence. The position manages a diverse portfolio of U.S. and international litigation and disputes across multiple subject areas, partnering with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. The role also contributes to legal operations, including litigation systems, reporting tools, and workflow optimization.
