Job DetailsJob Location: Statesville Family YMCA - Statesville, NC 28677Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $14.00 - $16.00 HourlyJob Shift: VariableAPPLY BY FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2026 The Sports Coordinator must have an enthusiastic personality with an ability to develop relationships with participants, parents and other staff. They must have an extensive knowledge of the major sports and a desire to use that knowledge to grow professionally with the YMCA. They should present themselves in a professional, caring manner and have excellent communication skills. They should also learn and understand the YMCA’s mission and best practices in order to help foster and ensure all sports practices, games and events at the Y have a mission driven atmosphere. Schedule: Varies according to season and program needs. Evenings and weekends required with occasional morning meetings. Maximum of 20 hours per week.
