Head of HR Operations Purpose: Lead the development and execution of the HR Operations strategy, driving delivery of efficient, scalable, and high-quality people services. This role is responsible for shaping the vision for HR Operations and translating it into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with broader People & Culture (P&C) priorities.
