Job Description Job purpose: The CS Representative is responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key link between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Production, Logistics, Pricing and Technical teams. Main responsibilities: - Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - To be the reference contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing and documentation. - Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production, Formulation…) to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. - Follow-up of orders and delays or incidences communication to customers - Maintain and update customer and order data in ERP - Support the sales team with information and reporting related to customers. - Handle and follow-up customer complaints and claims - Export and shipping documentation if required Qualification and experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Trade.
