NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking an experienced and visionary Design Director to lead the Women’s Soft Wovens category across our private label businesses. This role is responsible for setting the creative direction and driving the end-to-end design process, from concept through final production, ensuring all product aligns with brand aesthetics, customer expectations, and evolving market trends. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of creativity and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into compelling, market-relevant collections. This leader will play a critical role in shaping seasonal strategies, elevating product quality, and fostering innovation, while mentoring and developing a high-performing design team.
