This role plays a key part in supporting Business As Usual (BAU) activities, ensuring the stability, maintenance, and efficiency of the Process Unity solution across 8 entities. The selected professional will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and actively contribute to process continuity and IT incident resolution in an international environment.
