Financial Controller (Maternity Cover)

Job Description: Embedded within the Performance Electronics business and forming part of Electronics Senior Management Team, this role provides financial leadership, commercial insight and robust control to support decision-making, performance improvement and integration into the wider Group. The Financial Controller will partner closely with operational and functional leaders, balancing local business priorities with Group reporting, governance and strategic objectives. The Role: The role is accountable for delivering strong financial control, high-quality reporting, forward-looking insight and effective business partnering to the Managing Director and wider leadership team, including: Own weekly cash flow reporting and support short-term liquidity planning. Lead the monthly management accounts process, including flash reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, full profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
