POSITION SUMMARY: Greeters make the first great impression on Fans as well as controlling the smooth and efficient flow of the restaurant. They create a welcoming experience whether greeting a Fan at the door or on the phone. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, clean, and professional image. 2. Provides a warm and welcoming greet to each Fan. Opens the door whenever possible. 3. Answers the phone with the correct greeting and within 3 rings. 4. Seats Fans immediately in a table or booth that is comfortable for them, while following the Floor Chart. 5. Uses a wait management system to manage the flow of the restaurant while on a Wait. 6. Attends to Fans with small children...
