Description Plant Manager The Plant Manager oversees the operations of a tier one automotive blanking and stamping supplier. Lead the manufacturing facility to safely provide the best solutions and service to the supply chain and the customers. Define current and long-term objectives for safety, service, quality, and employees and deploying resources effectively. Establish and communicate clear goals, strategy, and deliverables. Support and foster a high-performance work team that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement. Exercise sound judgment in the execution of your job responsibilities. Essential Functions: • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectation through the oversight of shipping, receiving, production and maintenance activities • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense o...
