The Opportunity: This role is responsible for establishing and running the governance “operating system” for Digital Finance, overseeing how initiatives are prioritized, resourced, tracked, and delivered across the portfolio. It covers a broad scope of Digital Finance activities, including ERP stabilization, analytics and AI use cases, process optimization, automation, and data governance, ensuring both transformation and ongoing support work are effectively managed. The role balances strategic and operational responsibilities, defining governance models, portfolio strategy, and OKR frameworks while also running forums, managing dependencies, tracking delivery performance, and driving issue resolution and adoption.
