JOB SUMMARY: Supports the Lead Tech and management as a point of contact for the coordination activities for technicians in all assigned venues and maintains venue technical show quality by performing the following duties. Assist with the operation and execution of entertainment show and applies advance level knowledge and understanding of hazards associated with high risk pyrotechnic/firework and special effects equipment or systems. Communicates with leadership and immediately stops any unsafe activity. Ensures the proper completion and enforcement of all UO, NFPA and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) policies, procedures, regulations, and documentation. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: - Acts as a Pyrotechnic/Fireworks crew member at an Entertainment Venue, responsible for ensuring the safe operation of all pyrotechnic/fireworks and special effect equipment and devices in compliance with policies and procedures set forth by the Entertainment Department. This includes adhering to guidelines established by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
