Purpose of the Role To maintain high standards of cleanliness across the mall during early evening hours and deliver safe, efficient waste and recycling operations through late‑night trade. This role supports retailer operations, environmental compliance, and the overall presentation of the centre. Key Responsibilities: 18:00–20:00 — Mall Cleaning Complete scheduled mall cleaning tasks, including floors, touchpoints, toilets, and high‑traffic areas. Respond to spillages, hazards, and cleaning requests from the Duty Manager or retailers. Ensure all public areas remain clean, safe, and presentable during evening trade. Restock consumables and maintain cleaning equipment in good working order. Report any maintenance issues (lighting, leaks, damage, etc.) observed during cleaning rounds. 20:00–00:00 — Waste & Recycling Operations Carry out waste collections from retailers closing after late‑night trade. Segregate waste correctly across all streams: general waste, cardboard, mixed recycling, food waste, WEEE, and hazardous waste.
