Overview Element has an opportunity for a Calibration and Maintenance Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. The Calibration and Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all EMC, RF, and SAR test equipment across Element’s laboratories is properly calibrated, maintained, and audit-ready in accordance with internal standards and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. This role supports not only the California lab but also collaborates with other locations (e.g., Maryland, Suwon) to maintain global consistency. Responsibilities include calibration oversight, equipment/system checks, chamber maintenance, audit preparation, and cross-site technical support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing technical lab environments with diverse equipment portfolios.
