Our merchandising team aims to deliver the best value and selection to our customers through products, services and solutions all centered around our customers’ needs. We are driven by customer insights and analytics to bring products and solutions to market seamlessly. What you will be doing: - Serve as the go-to-market owner for categories, translating merchant assortment strategies and financial objectives into compelling, customer-facing plans. - Define category positioning, customer value propositions, and key storytelling moments in the GTM calendar by prioritizing top category opportunities, and collaborate with Merchandising to select priority products, services, and themes for the year. - Drive GTM activation across all channels by aligning execution with strategy for site, app, marketing, promotions, and stores, and quickly address and resolve deviations from GTM plans as new factors arise. - Lead seasonal planning by highlighting key customer and market moments, setting full-funnel promotional strategies, and aligning mer...
