We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician (Level 3) who brings both technical mastery and leadership to our Maintenance Team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges, mentoring others, and keeping high-volume production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. What You’ll Do: Lead Complex Repairs & Overhauls: Take the lead on major repairs and rebuilds for critical production equipment including high-shear mixers, chemical transfer pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and electrical control panels. Diagnose and repair failures related to abrasive materials and chemical exposure, ensuring compatibility with process-specific requirements. Plan work strategically to minimize production downtime.
