Critical Care Manager/Spire Nottingham/Tollerton/Full Time Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experience Critical Care Manager to join the team on a Full Time permanent basis. Duties and responsibilities: To manage the Critical Care Unit and lead the team in the provision of care for patients in a safe and caring environment, in the most efficient and clinically effective way, whilst maintaining the patient’s privacy and dignity. To provide leadership, advice and support to other staff in the departments under the direction of the Director/Deputy Director of Clinical Services. The Nursing Manager is responsible for the deployment, supervision and mentoring of staff within the clinical area supporting the senior hospital management team in providing clinical leadership. - Assess patients’ health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload. - Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals’ health and wellbeing needs. - Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information. - Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others. - Promotes best practice in health and safety and security. - Assist in maintaining and developing services....
