Job Duties: - Safely and efficiently lead crew’s in providing landscaping care for our clients - Direct multiple crews and equipment for various work sites - Provide support and expertise and leadership on more specialized jobs - Complete Quality Control worksite inspections - Provide mentorship and training to staff and oversee employee development - Abide by Davey and industry safety policies and procedures Qualifications: - 3+ years experience in landscaping, both hardscaping and softscaping - Experience leading a team - Plant knowledge and identification will be considered and large asset - Ability to read and understand drawings and quote is required - Experience using landscape equipment is a requirement (eg. sod cutter, dethatcher, shears, pole shears ) - Experience using grass cutting equipment is an advantage, but not a requirement (eg. push mower, zero turn tractor, trimmer) - Experience using lawn care equipment is an a...
