Description We are seeking compassionate and dependable Per Diem Overnight Youth Advocates to provide overnight support and supervision to youth in our residential programs. This role ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment while helping youth build life skills and work toward their goals. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference in the Lives of Teens: - Driving is required - Provide overnight supervision and crisis support to youth. - Maintain safety and security within the program. - Document overnight observations and incidents accurately. - Serve as a positive role model, offering guidance and support. - Collaborate with program staff to ensure continuity of care. - On the rare occasion due to staffing needs, you may be asked to work your scheduled shift at any of the four residential programs in Quincy, Weymouth, Hingham or Plymouth.
