Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support a prime program at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. The shift for this position is 3pm - 11pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Wednesday and Thursday off). Position Summary: Primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of buildings and chillers at NASA Goddard for the ROME contract. Position reports directly to the Mission Operations Manager; functions independently with management direction and review. Major Job Activities: - Prepares daily report for center. - Conducts monthly general preventative maintenance on mechanical room equipment. - Responds quickly to emergency situations. - Performs all assigned work to ensure the safety of the building’s tenants and the continuous cooperation of the site. - Prioritiz...
