Manager of Social Work and Counseling Services (Full-Time) Salary: $102,000 - $119,000 annually based on years of experience. Join Us and Be Apart of The Samaritan Difference! What You'll Do: - Responsible for the provision of social work, spiritual care, music therapy (complementary care), and bereavement services to patients and families on a 24/7 basis. - Serves as a psychosocial resource on the hospice management team in addressing high-risk and high-acuity patient and family needs, including but not limited to abuse and neglect, suicidality, medication diversion, issues of consent and autonomy, and discharge for cause. - Manages the Hospice Social Work, Spiritual Care, Music Therapy, and Center for Grief Services departments, including but not limited to facilitating monthly departmental meetings, overseeing departmental budgets, and leading program development. - Ensures all departmental services are delivered in compliance with applicable policies, regulatory standards, and organizational guidelines. - Oversees the delivery of high-quality patient care within established departmental budgetary guidelines. - Oversees the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of Counselor On...
