Product Solutions Engineer, Authentication and Security

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience in system design or reading and writing code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). - 3 years of experience in technical solutions, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a technical support role. - Experience troubleshooting, implementing, or developing Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols, specifically OAuth2, SAML, or SSO. Preferred qualifications: - 6 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting. - 5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL. - Experience analyzing system logs, network traffic, and API payloads to debug complex authentication flows, token exchanges, or access discrepancies. - Ability to work flexible non standard working hours in line with customer requirements. - Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, and excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.
