Beverage Server

Job description

Provides fast, friendly and courteous service to guest at all times while obtaining beverage orders. Ensure accurate and timely service of all orders by working with bar personnel. (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all inclusive for specific positions.) Provides prompt, courteous beverage service to guest while maintaining 20 minute rounds of assigned section. Provides an extraordinary experience for every guest. Ensure guests’ ordering and consuming alcoholic beverages are at least 21 years of age. Maintains and ensures checklist to completion including but not limited to opening and closing procedures. Accurately enter guest order information into POS system in a timely manner. Communicate beverage orders to bar personnel based on order call standards. Deliver beverage orders to customers throughout assigned section. Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions.
