About the Position: The Internal Communications Advisor plays a key role in shaping how employees understand, connect with, and contribute to the Institute’s purpose, priorities, and culture. Working within the Communications team, this role develops and coordinates clear, consistent, and engaging internal communications that support organisational strategy and operations, and keep employees informed about Institute activities, priorities and updates, across a diverse, and dispersed, workforce. The Internal Communications Advisor also contributes to building a strong internal culture by highlighting achievements, reinforcing values, and sharing stories that reflect impact and purpose.
