Location: Oakland,California,United States The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates all maintenance operations across BACS properties and facilities. This position is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, managing work order systems, scheduling maintenance activities across agency sites, and ensuring that all properties are safe, functional, and well maintained. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures timely completion of repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility improvements while maintaining compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations. This position works closely with the Property Manager, program leadership, and external vendors to maintain high-quality facilities that support the agency’s mission and services.
