Reports to: Commercial Director Location: Manchester, UK: Salary: Competitive: Purpose of the Role: The Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the IES Group will be responsible for the commercial management and financial control of multi-utility projects across gas, water, power, and telecoms. This role ensures robust cost management, contract administration, and commercial governance to support the companys growth and profitability objectives. The Senior QS will provide leadership and expertise across the full project lifecycle, collaborating closely with operational, finance, and client teams to deliver best-in-class commercial outcomes and drive value for the business.
