This team has been created to support upcoming legislative reforms that have changed how workers’ compensation claims - particularly psychological injury claims - are assessed and determined. This is a pivotal technical role at QBE, supporting the delivery of fair, consistent and compliant claims outcomes within a complex and evolving legislative environment. The role is focused on providing specialist technical advice, guidance and decision support across eligibility and liability matters.
