Join us as a Sales Assistant in Ravenna where you’ll be the go-to expert for customer order management, tender coordination, and documentation compliance, ensuring seamless service from order receipt to shipment. Your key responsibilities will be: - Respond to incoming customer calls and process customer orders from receipt to shipment, - Collect all required information from customers and ensure full understanding of their needs and order requirements, - Coordinate order details with customers, including proposing changes to shipment dates or quantities when needed due to availability constraints, - Partner closely with GBS teams, plant locations, and internal stakeholders to ensure shipments are executed as requested, - Prepare shipping documentation for designated customers and support GBS Data Management in the invoicing process, - Handle customer inquiries, service-related issues, and complaints (including complex accounts), logging and tracking cases in relevant systems to ensure timely resolution, - Approve requests and perform inventory adjustments, acting as a coordinator with regional p...
