The pay range for this position is $16.09-$23.27 based on direct and relevant experience RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Front Office Associate to join our team. As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting and registering patients in a cheerful, professional, and sincere manner. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (55%) Registration (20%) Scheduling (20%) Insurance (5%) Completes o ther tasks and projects as assigned - Greet and checks-in patients scheduled for imaging services; processes payments and copays as needed - Answer phones and handles calls in an efficient and friendly manner - Field phone calls appropriately for Center Team Members - Act as liaison between imaging technologists and the patients waiting for exams, and relays messages regarding scanner status and other Clinic information - Maintain organization of the front office lobby area by straightening magazines, organizing coffee supplies and assisting with g...
