Job description

TITLE: Packer B POSITION OBJECTIVE: Perform routine operations related to the operation and adjustment of multiple cartoning machines to insert bundles of reclosable plastic bags into retail cartons. Lead change overs to ensure correct quantities of products are produced. Perform duties according to the prescribed schedule, Plant Manager Instructions, standardized procedures, and written product specifications. QUALIFICATIONS: - Basic understanding of machine operations and adjustments. - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. - Good attendance, work habits, and attitude. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction.
