Everforth ECS seeks an Advanced Cost Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency in Dahlgren, VA , with a hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will: - Assist in execution of DoD Business Operations for complex weapon systems. - Possess extensive professional knowledge in cost estimating, operations research, mathematics, economics, engineering, science, or business fields. - Work independently, conduct strategic high-level coordination activities, and lead teams in solving complex problems. - Possess extensive expertise to accomplish cost analysis. - Apply costing methods and conduct quality reviews and estimates. - Cost Estimating Methods. - Parametric Estimating. - Cost Estimating Relationship (CER). - Learning Curve Theory. - Work Breakdown Structure- ACEIT / COSTAT. - Develop cost models and incorporating cost risk analysis. - Prepare estimates for changes in technical and/or funding baselines. - Prepare independent government cost estimates for Acquisition Strategy Panels. - Develop IGCEs for contract proposal and negotiation support. - Develop IGCEs for Inter/Intra-Agency Acquisition Requirements. - Develop and update program office Lifecycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs). -...
