What We’re Looking For… We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team! This position is responsible for performing high-quality painting work including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, crown molding, exterior lanais, and other assigned areas while ensuring all work meets or exceeds high-end construction standards. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing surfaces through sanding, caulking, cleaning, and minor drywall repairs to achieve a professional finish. Responsibilities also include completing projects within scheduled timeframes, identifying and correcting workmanship issues, and working collaboratively with team members, subcontractors, and residents in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess knowledge of painting materials, coatings, tools, and equipment maintenance, along with strong communication and customer service skills. A minimum of 2 years of residential or commercial painting experience is required, including experience working in occupied buildings and residences; experience working with senior populations is preferred.
