Job description

As a member of the HR Central (“HRC”) team, our HR Central Representatives (“HRC Rep”) are an integral partner to the Human Resources function. The HRC Rep serves as the primary contact within a centralized shared service center (and/or support model). As an HRC Rep, you will apply general HR knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of administrative tasks and are responsible for data administration by entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HR data into the HRIS system. You’ll partner with, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll and/or Benefits team members on a variety of tasks and special projects. Responsibilities: As an HRC Rep, you will: - Utilize case management system to ensure accurate and timely responses to requests and inquiries received from HR within internal service level agreements (“SLA”) - Use understanding of HR regulations and policies, knowledge database, reference materials, and all resources available to perform basic investigations and to provide resolutions - Review and enter changes related to the entire employee life cycle such as creating/extending offers to new hires and transfers, changes in salaries/jobs/depa...
