Job Description Summary The Senior Field Services Project Director serves as GE Hitachi Nuclear's (GEH) single point of contact and senior onsite leader for all field service execution at assigned customer nuclear sites. This role owns end-to-end outage project execution across multiple P&L organizations, ensuring seamless integration of GEH services throughout the full outage lifecycle — from pre-outage planning through post-outage close-out. The Project Director is accountable for contract management, logistics and deliveries, and on-site execution, serving as the primary liaison between GEH's internal service organizations and the customer's Outage Management team. This individual brings strategic leadership and operational discipline to drive performance, alignment, and results during refueling outages.
