Overview The Global Enterprise Learning & Commercial Enablement Leader defines and drives the enterprise-wide learning and development strategy across OTC, Commercial, ComOps, and Business Lines. This role ensures strong governance, strategic alignment, and measurable impact of learning investments, translating business priorities into scalable capability-building solutions that enable commercial performance and operational excellence. Responsibilities: - Define and lead the global learning, development, and SIP governance strategy aligned with OTC, Commercial, ComOps, and Business Line priorities.• Own global SIP governance standards, including implementation frameworks, assessments, audit readiness, and data integrity.• Continuously uplift and modernize learning programs, ensuring the use of effective, scalable, and contemporary learning methods (e.g., blended, digital, experiential, and performance‑based learning).• Drive continuous improvement of onboarding and capability programs to increase relevance, engagement, and business impact.• Ensure consistent application of learning standards and metadata governance across systems.• Lead capability-building initiatives across OTC, C...
