Surveillance Agent - Full Time (Horseshoe Hammond)

Job description

Perform duties to monitor and record all gaming and casino activities. Exercise good judgment to identify suspicious guests or employees, following detailed instructions according to company policies and procedures. - Monitor all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting area. Notify appropriate party of suspicious behavior. - Record and report on violations of internal controls and criminal behavior. - Maintain and update accurate reports and daily logs of all surveillance and casino activity. - Review taped incidents to identify gaming problems. - Perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment. - Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment. - Setup and maintain control standards book, alert files and other departmental documentation. - Must be able to use a PC, radio communication equipment, VCR, camera and other surveillance equipment. - Other duties as assigned. - ROP $21/HR - Must be 21 years of age or older - Proficient in English verbal and written - Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays - High School diploma required - Must have knowledge of surveillance techniques. - 1-2 years experience in surveillance or related field is prefe...
