Description Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Maintenance Trainer to support underground operations at Turquoise Ridge Mine in Winnemucca, Nevada. This role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of training and performance initiatives for underground mobile maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work practices. The Senior Mobile Maintenance Trainer works closely with supervisors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership to identify performance gaps, develop targeted training programs, and strengthen workforce capability. This position plays a key role in improving safety performance, increasing equipment reliability, and supporting productivity by ensuring technicians are trained to meet company and regulatory standards.
