Job description

As a Senior Buyer for M&S Cafés, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our food and drink offering and driving commercial success across our café estate. You’ll lead the development of category plans that deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong sales, and profitable growth, while ensuring our menus reflect the quality, innovation, and sustainability that M&S is known for. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll set clear strategies for pricing, promotions, and product mix, ensuring compliance and alignment with M&S values. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your decisions will influence what thousands of customers enjoy in our cafés every day. Due to high interest, this role may close earlier than advertised.
