Warehouse Operations - Meets and greets customers at the point of sale with service, respect, and knowledge. - Collects customer’s information for account maintenance using company-provided systems. - Prepares and stages orders for customer will call. - Contacts customers regarding arrivals of items on order/backorder. - Provides prompt and courteous service for all customers and potential customers of the branch. - Actively engages in ongoing customer service training and skill development. - Processes requests for quotes and orders including web orders without error via phone, text, and or e-mail. - Initiates and expedites RC direct parts orders for quicker availability. - Initiates Return Material Authoriz...
