Description Serve as primary contact for Harvard Integrations customers purchasing Engineered To Order (ETO) products, responsible for project cost, schedule and project results. Participate in contract negotiations and follow through entire project. Ensure regular contact with customers and all areas of the company involved in sale, design, production and installation of electrical equipment centers and other related products. - Ensure project is executed in accordance with the Contract/PO SOW and specifications. - Establish and manage project schedule with customer and within Harvard Integrations to meet the project schedule. - Update milestone billing report and ensure accurate invoices are sent in a timely manner. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices. - Serve as primary customer contact from time of contract until completed product is delivered and installed, as well as liaison between customer and Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, Purchasing and Shipping departments. - Review customer specifications, project quotes, and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. - Schedule and lead internal and external project kickoff meetings an...
