Ellensburg, WA: Schedule Overview: This is a full-time role working approximately 34-36 hours/week. If incoming teammate would like more hours they can pick up shifts at neighboring DaVita clinics. PCTs work 3-4 days per week Mon-Sat on a rotating basis. Shifts begin as early as 4am if opening, and end as late as 8pm if closing. Shift lengths in Ellensburg vary between 5-12 hrs long dependent on the day. The schedule is made in advance and Saturdays are rotated. DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
