Required Education : Associates in a computer related field Required Experience : One year experience in a computer related area Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Skilled at providing PC support with both Windows and MACs. - Responsible for ghost imaging, configuration, and documentation. - Diagnose, troubleshoot and provide support of PCs, laptops, and printers. - Troubleshoot and support wired and wireless network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment. - Install, troubleshoot, and support telecommunication network. - Install Microsoft Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used applications. - Oversee projects assigned to various staff and student workers. - Document system problems and resolutions for future reference. - Other duties as deemed necessary. - Ability to implement software and establish network connections. - Proficiency...
