Use Your Power for Purpose The Technical Strategic Project Lead plays a critical role in facilitating the development and execution of Global Engineering (GE) Vision, Mission, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement of GE programs and services, integrating IMEx standards, and supporting operational excellence. The position reports to the Vice President of Global Engineering as a member of the GE Leadership Team. Partnering with GE Leadership and other stakeholders, the Technical Strategic Project Lead ensures alignment, a robust operating model, progress tracking, and effective governance. What You Will Achieve: Facilitate the development of long-term strategic goals and translate them into actionable multi-year plans with defined initiatives and outcome metrics. Support the GE Leadership Team in setting up semester goals and ensuring alignment across teams and functions. Track progress of strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and issue resolution using structured governance processes.
