Overview Job Summary: The Analyst is responsible for driving the vendor/partner management process, analyzing vendor performance and reporting to enable effective decision making, while driving business value for Allegis Group, Inc. The BA understands development processes and is analytical with problem solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues. In-Office Requirement: - Required in-office presence at least 4 days per week Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Knowledge of assigned vendors in order to define, influence and measure delivery of committed services. - Monitor vendor performance against contract terms and conditions to ensure adherence to SLAs and Key Performance Indicators, operational targets, and financial agreements.
