Salary Grade: 160E Salary Pay Range for This Position: $102,896.00 - $154,395.00 POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Floater Assistant Manager assists in managing different locations throughout Wescom's field of membership in varying branches. Utilizing knowledge gained through extensive experience, the Senior Floater Assistant Manager must be able to manage the operations of a full-service branch, including branches considered to be in complex environments (e.g. challenging market area, high propensity for fraud, above average transaction volume, above average loan and share deposits, and above average FTE). They assume full responsibility for all branch functions in the absence of the Branch Manager.
