CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members. CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient. THE ROLE: In charge of managing new ship design projects and newbuilding tender discussions (pre-contract) within the Newbuilding Design & Tender department. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?: - Contribute to the creation of a catalogue of Newbuilding solutions enabling CMA CGM to procure vessels with enhanced efficiency while maintaining economic and industrial viability - Create and maintain relationships with main shipyards, design office, competitors and all industry players - Contribute to document review during tender process: Technical specification, key drawings, shipbuilding contract. - Collect and analyze new-building market information - Liaise with Design Improvement Office to ensure that latest in-house newbuilding design complies with CMA CGM Standards - Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis - Prepare and present bi...
