Description The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in the clinical supervision and operational guidance of ACP staff, working alongside BCBAs, Behavioral Technicians, and Lead Therapists. The Treatment Coordinator represents a high-level of quality and excellence with regards to ACP’s clinical and operational standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide direct care coverage or find coverage for sessions if staff unavailable. Covering sessions when needed is the priority - Monitor proper use of lead and support hours for clients on their caseloads - Monitor proper completion of Central Reach billing and verifications by staff for clients on their caseloads - Train new staff for clients on your caseload - Initial and ongoing scheduling for clients on your caseload - Contact new direct service workers to set up trainings and client sessions with BCBA - Provide support and training to staff during and outside of sessions - Communicate with families regarding client progress and sessions - Be present for scheduled center days until the last client is picked up - Complete Central Reach billing and verifications within 24 hours of events - Scheduled weekly consults with...
