Systems Engineer - Critical Communication

Job description

Location: Tubize, Belgium Your mission: The Critical Communication Systems Engineer will be part of the system engineering department of THALES BELGIUM, which is responsible for the integration of critical communication solutions for homeland and defense customers. As part of your activities, you will join be a major stakeholder in the design, delivery and maintenance of complex systems used by our critical communication customer to fulfill their needs. Your responsibilities: telecommunication equipment; Plan and document the service activities; Support clients in resolving technical problems and taking advantage of such opportunities; - Understand and analyze the customer’s needs; - Find the best solution and support the solution definition to meet the customer operational needs; - Write technical specification definition and support Thales’s subcontractors; - Contribute to the test plan to demonstrate functionality and stability; - Contribute to configuring, supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting customer network infrastructure ; - Being part of the engineering discipline and reporting in dotted line to the Service Manager, you take ownership of technical upgrades of the cust...
