The FP&A Manager serves as a corporate finance partner responsible for planning, forecasting, and performance management across LaunchPad’s portfolio. This role works cross-functionally to translate brand-level activity into clear, enterprise-wide insights, helping leadership understand performance and make informed decisions. This position is designed as a growth opportunity, with the long-term goal of developing into a future CFO. The role offers regular exposure to the CFO, executive leadership team, and private equity partners, providing meaningful visibility and impact across the organization.
