Job description

The incumbent in this position plays a key role in creating an exciting and welcoming casino environment for both guests and team members. This role supports the development and retention of a highly skilled and service‑driven workforce while maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding Caesars Entertainment assets. The position is also responsible for dealing assigned casino games with professionalism, energy, and precision to deliver a courteous, entertaining, and memorable guest experience while driving revenue for the department. Displays a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each. Deals one or more games to provide guests with courteous and accurate service and promote an entertaining environment; maintains department standards of games productivity. Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations. Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises assigned personnel, coaches for success and continuing improvement of team member skills. Assures that all coin and check racks are always filled.
